Das Happening geht in die nächste Runde. Was mit Woodstock begann, findet in Roskilde eine würdige Fortsetzung. Wenn sich im Juni 2005 zum 35. Mal die Pforten öffnen, werden wie jedes Jahr über 100 000 Musikbesessene zu einem der grössten Musikevents des Jahres pilgern. Von Rock und Pop über HipHop bis hin zur elektronischer Musik versammelt sich das Who-is-Who der Musikbranche. Auf 6 Bühnen bringen mehr als 150 Künstler die Massen zum Kochen. Ein Besuch auf dem Roskilde-Festival ist ein unvergessliches Ereignis - eines, das man erlebt haben sollte.

The original magicians are back. The legendary Black Sabbath debut album from
1970 was the first album to be described as Heavy Metal. Since then, Black
Sabbath have been a natural inspiration to heaps of metal bands, but also
to a wide variety of artists from Black Flag and Nirvana to
The Cardigans! The original band members were the perfect combination of doom
day riffs, feverish bass, mega heavy drums and Ozzy Osbournes charismatic
performance and shrill chanting. You will find them with magic still in their
power when they reform again and play Roskilde Festival - their sole festival
job in Scandinavia!
Green Day
The here today, gone tomorrow band has become eternal! Against all odds, Green
Day have survived the success from their debut album Dookie 10 years ago.
On their latest album, Green Day are no longer tied
by the same three cords and, paradoxically, this has finally made them a true
punk band. They are now even more angry and indignant at the world and at
the US in particular. Green Day’s songs are tough and trenchant
enough in themselves, but as a whole they show that piano and acoustic guitars
in
epic rock songs can unite the primal anger, which makes Green Day more contemporary
and eternal than ever before.
